The following 2 sentences should be using the same font size.
This bug will occur in MSIE 7 even if the MSIE 7 user has the Tools/Internet Options.../Advanced tab/Accessibility section/Always expand ALT text for images checkbox checked and even if the MSIE 7 user has the Tools/Internet Options.../Advanced tab/Multimedia section/Show pictures checkbox unchecked. So, this is really and truly an HTML 4.01 spec. violation.
