Actual results: Opera 9 beta 1 build 8031 will open a secondary window that is 56px in height.

Expected results: Opera 9 beta 1 build 8031 should open a secondary window that will have an innerHeight of 100px, therefore showing at least 100px of document content. Along with default toolbars, the window.outerHeight might be approx. 162px.

Note that MSIE 6, Mozilla Seamonkey 1.x and Firefox 1.x all have internal error correction mechanisms to enforce a minimal height of 100px for the document content.
